Sistema COMBINAT
COMBINAT is fully modular. The Combinat standard block can be expanded or reduced and consist of:
- an automatic programmable oven: it is fully insulated, so that no heat can be felt from the outside and the temperature in the surrounding working area remains bearable even during the hottest periods of the year.
- a 13-tray retarder prover/storage cabinet: this equipment can be used to store semi-finishes products or to program their leavining, in order to have them ready to be baked when finished.
- a tray rack: it is useful help to move your products around.
- a filtering suction hood
an illuminated board with coloured slides to show your customers what your products are and to give an attractive touch to your premises
