EUROS 2000

A deep-freezer system suitable for handling manually or automatically (if requested) trolleys of medium and large size production. Thanks to the modular construction, its length can be adjusted depending on the amount of products to be frozen, on their quality and thickness.

The inside of the standard version is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the outside of plasticated zinc sheets. The insulation achieved by means of injection of high density flexible foamed polyurethane. It is equipped with an additional rear door for the trolley outlet. Defrosting is done by means of hot gas.
The ALASKA MICROSYSTEM electronic panel is equipped with specific software for the management of the deep-freezing process. It can operate on a continuos deep-freezer cycle or for a preset time with the possibility of passing into the automatic cycle in the preservation phase if required. Defrosting can be done automatically or manually on operator request. It is pre-arranged for the connection to a TELEASSITANCE and/or SUPERVISION network. The phases and active cycles are displayed by means of LEDS. Costant check-control of the active alarms with display.
