BLAST CHILLERS/DEEP FREEZERS MINI TURBO

The blast chillers/deep freezers MINI TURBO series are the most compact of the "TURBO" family. According to the model, they can contain 5, 10 or 20 trays of60x40 cm. Optional: trays of 66x46 cm for the models MT10 and MT20. These equipments can be used for chilling the products +65/+10°C (+149/+50°F) and/or deep freezing +10/-18°C (+50/0°F) at core, with automatic switch-over to the required conservation temperature. Beside the needle probe for measuring the core freezing temperature, a time-out freezing system is available. Automatic defrosting by means of hot gas and electrical auxiliaries. Inside and outside made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Insulation obtained by high-density foamed polyurethane, thickness 6 cm. Air-ccoled refrigerating unit incorporated at the bottom of the cabinet in the MT5 and MT10 models (remote on request) and remote in MT20 model. Electronic control panel. In compliance with EN60204-1, EN60335-1 and french NF rules.
