MULTIFUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT MULTICONTROL

A multifunctional system made up of one control panel and one refrigerating unit, divided into two sections. The first one is for deep-freezing small and medium size production with internal working temperature of -40°C, suitable for manual handling of no. 18 trays of 60x80 cm or no. 36 trays of 60x40 cm. The second section is for storing frozen products with internal working temperature of -20°C, suitable for manual handling of no. 18 trays of 60x80 cm or no. 36 trays of 60x40 cm every two half-doors. Thanks to the modular construction, its width can be adjusted depending on the amount, quality and thickness of the products to be stored in.

The inside of the standard version is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the outside of plasticated zinc sheets. The insulation is achieved by means of injection of high density flexible foamed polyurethane. Automatic defrosting is done by means of hot gas.
The ALASKA MICROSYSTEM electronic panel is equipped with specific software for the management of the deep-freezing and conservation process. It can operate on a continuos deep-freezer cycle or for a preset time with the possibility of switching into the automatic cycle in the preservation phase if required. Defrosting can be done automatically or manually on operator request. It is pre-arranged for the connection to a TELEASSITANCE and/or SUPERVISION network. The phases and active cycles are displayed by means of LEDS. Costant check-control of the active alarms with display.
