The horizontal
tunnel deep-freezer
with belt conveyor and working temperature -40oC is
suitable for medium and large production. Thanks to its modular construction,
the length can be varied in accordance with the quantity, nature and dimensions
of the product to deep-freeze. It is fitted with the Alaska control panel "MICROSYSTEM".
Automatic electrical defrosting. Inside in stainless steel AISI 304, outside
in zinc-plastified tool or in stainless steel AISI 304. The insulation is obtained
